The Wonders of Emu Oil + Discovery + Narita's and Nancy Lauren's giveaways

I have been raving so much about this emu oil and I thought of sharing the wonders it did to my skin. Emu oil is indeed a wonderful discovery for dry and sensitive skin. I also tend to experience red and flaky rashes on my face once in a while. Before, I would use petroleum jelly and nivea creme to keep my skin well moisturized but the problem is that my skin does not absorb them. They just stay on my face. :C I read a lot of good reviews about emu oil in girltalk.

A note from Wikipedia:

Emu oil is an oil made from the fat of the emu, a bird native to Australia. It has been used for thousands of years by the Australian aborigines for the treatment of burns, wounds, bruises, and as a pain reliever for bone, muscle, and joint disorders. Emu oil is approximately 70% unsaturated fatty acid. There is some evidence to suggest that the oil may have medicinal benefit. It is frequently used topically to soften skin and is found in ointments for dry cracked heels.

Emu oil has been shown in studies to aid in reducing scar formation in healed burn wounds, muscle sprains, and arthritis due to its strong anti-inflammatory properties.Emu oil is naturally an anti-fungal substance, which means it is able to help treat ailments such as athletes foot, foot fungus, toe nail fungus, finger nail fungus and more.Emu oil's moisturizing properties also are able to relieve symptoms of eczema.

Some illness/disease that emu oil can heal:

My take on Emu oil:
  • It has intensive moisturizing and rejuvenating properties.
  • It has been said that Emu Oil has demonstrated to be the fastest and most penetrating oil into the skin. I could attest to this. My skin feels so supple and soft upon application esp in the morning when i wake up.
  • It is natural and non-comedogenic , hypo-allergenic and gentle on the skin.I did not get any negative reaction on this one.
Note: Choose the refined emu oil. Some are only filtered and could contain contaminants.

My bare face after almost using emu oil for almost a month. ** I do not have perfect skin.. I just want to show you that it cleared my rashes and made it smoother and glowing.. :D

My new discovery. :D I have been wondering about this product louise and nehs have this one too and I thought of trying it myself. :D The SA was a bit snob and the color i wanted had no tester at all.. :C The SA insisted on the shade orange blush but I thought that this would be too light because Nehs have the exact shade and she's way fairer than me. Honestly, I never listen to SA's (LOL) but I bought it anyway. The heck this foundation only costs 88 pesos.. You could only use this wet. I tried it last night and I was really happy with it. :D Flawless look!!**EDITED** use this today damn!! so hard to blend!! the scent is quite diturbing too.. reminds me of my grandmother.. **sigh,, i have to practice blending this foundation.. :S
The mini Fanny Serrano liner brush for 75 pesos. It looks thin enough for liner application.
