| I have finished two boxes of this and my aunt and mom went cray cray trying the other boxes. The taste is very pleasant and very similar to a red iced tea. I took it at night time half an hour after meals. I did experience weird gurgling sound in my stomach throughout the night. Not too disturbing but I can really sense something brewing inside my tummy. I did not experience multiple toilet calls not like the slimming teas I have tried before. I just did one ultimate bow out in the toilet and felt lighter than before. I usually drink this twice a week or whenever I have heavy protein meals.
