KB Whitening Products

Having fairer and glowing skin has got to be my ultimate beauty dream. I envy girls who have two shades lighter than my skin tone. The problem is - I have super sensitive skin and I have been plagued with a non communicable (stress related) skin problem for more than ten years now which is psoriasis. WHenever I use whitening products or those that simply contain harsh ingredients. Due to this, I became very picky in choosing the skin care products that I use. Months ago KB sent me their whitening products. Last summer, I went swimming for 3 times and I seriously got darker skin. I felt that I will not be going back to my medium skin tone. Thus, upon receiving the products, I immediately tried the Gold Premium Soap. That explains the reason why I failed to take a product shot of it. :)

KB Gold Premium Soap
*135 grams with 5 Most Powerful Active Ingredients Alpha Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, Soybean Extract and Human Placental Extract (Stem Cell)
Alpha Arbutin + Kojic Acid + Soy Bean Extract + Hyaluronic Acid + Human Placenta Extract.

The gold premium soap comes in a round shape form. What I love about it is that it does not melt easily like the normal soap bars in the market.  It lasted for about two months. The soap smells so good too. I did not experience any itchiness nor did it triggered my psoriasis flare up. This soap is also good for those with dry skin because my skin felt a bit moisturize after every bath.
KB Magic Towel
Made in Korea * a reusable "panlibag" commonly used in korean jimjilbang (spa)
Korean has a culture of bathing in public with a special rough fabric almost similar to bath brush. The concept rooted from wet clothing which was hyped up to be in parallel to a body scrubber. The bath towel continues to propagate in Korea and many tourists purchase it as a souvenir because it is good for skin exfoliation.

I was really curious in this Magic Towel. This magic towel may look like just an ordinary towel in green color but this one has a very rough surface. It can really exfoliate your dry skin. Sadly, this did not work for me because the surface was way too harsh and rough for my sensitive skin.
KB Rotenyu Meguri
  • 4 kinds of choice to feel like being in the mother nature.
  • •   The bathing effect by ingredients will accelerate your body flow, and produce warmth from one’s core body.

SOLUTION TO:Heat rash, eczema, pimples, chapped skin, frost bite, dry skin, bruise, sprain, shoulder stiffness, nerve pain, rheumatism, lumbago, sensitivity to cold, hemorrhoid, coldness before/ after giving birth.

I am actually hesitant in trying out this product because of my skin break out last last year due to whitening body scrub. Upon opening the sachet I was thrilled to see  a pink scrub. I thought it would just be like an ordinary body scrub but the fragrant smell and the fine powdered scrub made me try it. I am really liking this out of the products I receive. THe scrub is very fine like sugar and it makes my skin feel so soft and supple after every use. One sachet lasts 3-4 times use. The scrub melts on the skin after washing it water.

It did a great job of removing my dry skin on my legs. I just wished they put more directions on the back of the sachet so I would know how to better use this product.
KB Whitening Powder
"A Melted Ice Cream" - *500g with Solution composed of Vitamin C for skin whitening
This did not cause me any rashes but my skin felt a bit itchy.  The process of mixing the product is quite messy and a chore.

Overall, I am quite pleased with KB WHitening Products. I would definitely repurchase Rotenyu Meguri and the Gold Premium Soap. Rotenyu Meguri is one the few body scrubs that I highly recommend to those with dry and sensitive skin. I also got a bit lighter by using KB products but nothing too dramatic. Perhaps, using it . continuously for months will help.

  1. Aww, but you already look fine in your skin tone. Do you get psoriasis flare-ups all over your body? You mentioned that you use tar soap to control your psoriasis, but I've been using it for months and it doesn't reduce mine. :(

  2. I think I wanna give this soap a try. I always see this in Watsons but too hesitant to buy one since I thought it will be too harsh on my skin. But as you've said, your skin didn't react naman negatively so I might try this. I'm curious about the KB Rotenyu Meguri, I wonder if it's like A Bonne Milk Scrub.. :/

  3. Would love to try the KB Rotenyu Meguri. Me too, i was thrilled to see that it's pink in color kase most of the whitening powder scrubs in the market are colored white. Overall, I think this is a good product to try. I've used the kojic soap (ung nasa watsons na may packaging na geisha) and it's really effective. Kaya lang you have to apply generous amount of lotion kase its sooo drying to the skin :(
