My Facial Experience with Skin Sanctuary

I got so lucky last last month to be invited by Skin Sanctuary to try out their facial services. It was also during this time when I got to read about the horrific post facial experience of a known blogger.
After reading her post, I was very reluctant in trying out facials. When Skin Sanctuary contacted me, I was honestly skeptical about it. I was on the brink of saying no to their proposal but I noticed weird bumps on my face and white heads/black heads accumulation. I had my facial years ago I think and my continuous use of makeup everyday makes it clog and prone to break out more than ever. I knew a facial is the best and quick solution to my dilemma.
I went there after my meeting and I felt cozy at their reception area. I was promptly assisted. I was told that I will have a diamond (my first time ever, basic facial cleaning and serum). I was lead into of their rooms. I love the fact that it has dividers/curtains for privacy. It was a long process.. I underwent basic cleansing, extraction, diamond peel and serum application. I swear I fell asleep throughout the procedure.
Just like all the other facials, I had in the past, it left my face all red and swollen after the extraction process.
Skin sanctuary also has dermatologist that can attend to your skin problems. Just give them a call to book for an appointment. After a few days, I noticed that my nose looked cleared up with less visible black heads. I really need to take care of my skin more since I am now in my late twenties and visiting my derma or having facials are on top of my to do list.

Visit them here: 1047 Metropolitan Avenue, San Antonio Village, 1203 Makati. The Skin Sanctuary is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 9:00pm. Telephone number: 9030368

  1. Me too, I read about a blogger who got nasty pimple-like infections all over her face due to a botched facial. It scared me away from facials!
