Quick Post: My December Bride and Black/ White Photography Makeup

I just wanted to share some photos of the makeup I did. Last Saturday, I had the opportunity to do makeup for a wedding. I just felt the need to expose myself in different face/skin types to enhance my skills. I personally think that a good makeup base and well groomed/perfect brows are the keys to a perfect makeup look. For my bride Ivy, I used Mehron HD Celebre Foundation mixed with Revlon Colorstay and it did cover up her pimple marks and blemishes.

What do you think of her transformation?

Day 6 in Makeup School is all about Black and White Photography. This is one of the hardest classes in makeup school to date. Everything has got to be precise from brows to lips. Mistakes are readily seen. Contour has to be done in excess because they will just appear as shadows in the pictures as shown above. Avoid using shimmers because it will not look shimmery in the photo rather they will look like white specs of dust.

Excited to graduate by the end of January already. I have many makeup gigs booked already and I am just thankful to the Almighty. After this pro makeup course, I will take up hair styling and air brush.
To pro makeup artists out there, what is the best airbrush system in the market?Tia

Godbless everyone!
