Review: Pond's White Beauty Pearl Cleansing Gel

Having dry and sensitive skin,I would instantly know if a products is too harsh after one or after a couple of usages. I am very particular with my skincare. I can instantly have a rash break out after using a product for the first time or so. According to Pond's, the New Pond’s Pearl Cleansing Gel contains Pearl Essence known to whiten skin and an oxygenated formulation which refreshes and cleanses effectively without drying skin. Because of its mild formulation that locks in moisture, the Pond’s Pearl Cleansing Gel is suitable for sensitive skin.

I got a chance to try this product from a Sampleroom Event that took place last week. Thanks to its gel form and tube packaging, it is very easy to control the amount of product that I squeezed out of the tube. The gel formula is very thick. I just a need a pea size amount for my whole face and it is very easy to lather and it suds very quickly. It has a very floral scent, quite different from my previous facial washes. This product did not broke me out nor did it cause any rashes on my skin. After washing with Pond's White Beauty Pearl Cleansing Gel, my face felt supple and fresh. I did not feel any tightness or dryness.

The only thing I disliked about it is that it stings my eyes because I got used to massaging the facial wash around my face with my eyes open.

This product is very affordable and it costs for Php85g (50) and Php155( 100g)
