Get That #PixiGlow Event + Glow Tonic Mini Review
Pixi Philippines invited to me to a laidback and fun after afternoon for the launch of Glow Tonic here in the Philippines. Glow Tonic's is a cult favorite in the other countries. This is a so called beauty elixir that gives your skin a healthy glow. This product contains 5% of Glycolic Acid for exfoliation.
"Glow tonic with ginseng & fructose For normal to dry, dull and aging skin. Oxygenating, exfoliating facial glow tonic. Helps tone, firm and tighten the skin. Removes dead skin cells for healthier looking skin. Alcohol free. Use after cleanser on cotton pad. Key ingredients: aloe vera and ginseng."
Glow Tonic is an exfoliating facial toner. It helps remove dead skin cells and promises cell renewal to reveal bright and glowing complexion. It is alcohol free and is suitable for all skin types. I was a bit apprehensive trying this tonic. I have been testing a lot of skincare products and I am trying out. I gave it a shot out of curiosity and I am really surprised. I was expecting it to sting but it did not. It actually felt very refreshing and light on the skin. After using this tonic, my face feels so clean and does not feel tight at all. This did not irritate my dry and sensitive skin. I did notice that it helped in reducing the size of some of my milia especially on my lips area. It has this subtle herbal ginseng scent. I love that it makes my skin look extra supple immediately after I pat this on my face.
Having Glycolic Acid, it is best to avoid sun exposure when using this product. Overall, I really like the Pixi Glow Tonic. I have already incorporated this toner in my skin care regimen. This costs Php 1250 for a 250 ml.

Review that Contour please! I really love Contour products! Its super expensive grabe (Student problem) Miss Donna I have a question po, everytime po na nag sswatch or gumagamit po kayo ng mga skin care in different products buti po hindi napapagod yung face or skin nyo to try so many products/brands?
ReplyDeleteGood thing mabilis magreact ang face ko! Pag first use or second eh dna maganda dko na gagamitin. Yung toner keribells pa na paiba iba since nagiiba ang weather diba so minsan napapgamit ako ng mas moisturizing etc if hindi maganda ang effect sa akin after ilang use stop na talaga. pero I try to stay loyal to moisturizer, sunblock at lalo na facial wash. hehe medyo dun ako d agad agad nagttry ng bago:)
