What's New + Mini Reviews : Celeteque Dermocosmetics

I was lucky enough to receive a bunch of new makeup from Celeteque! I really appreciate brands who are generous to bloggers because it gives us the opportunity to try out their products. I was very interested with the face products of Celeteque. I immediately tried out these three face products from their newest collection.
Celeteque cc micro-hydrating powder
Shades: Light Porcelain, Classic Natural, Deep Beige

"Céleteque® DermoCosmetics TM CC Micro-Hydrating Powder features an autogrinding technology that gives you an ultra-fine and hydrating powder that quickly blends and evens out skin complexion. It controls oil and shine while keeping skin radiant and well-moisturized.* It also has SPF 30 to provide double sunscreen protection."

The concept reminds me of the NYX HD Grinding Powder. I loved their CC powder foundation so I was definitely looking forward to this one. Sadly, they gave me the darkest shade which is in deep beige. (Deep beige is a very warm beige with orange tones. ) Despite getting the darkest shade, I use this product to set my cushion makeup and other base makeup that are way too light for my skintone. Luckily, this gets the job done and makes lught colored foundations and cushions work for my medium skin tone. This powder is like a dream. I really really love it! It has awesome pigmentation and coverage. It blends smoothly when applied. It has an ultrafine texture that goes on creamy when applied. The finish is natural and it works well with my dry skin!!! It also blurs out my pores! It does not cling on to my dry patches and psoriasis flare ups. It does not have any scent and it did not irritate my skin!!!! I really love this product and I am contemplating on getting my shade in Classic Natural. However, I find it a bit pricey for 930 pesos (10grams).

CELETEQUE 24 hr photoready matte primer
"Céleteque® DermoCosmetics TM 24-Hour Photoready Matte Primer has a silky and weightless formula that glides onto skin creating a smooth, matte and flawless look. It minimizes the appearance of pores and fine lines and reduces shine for a long lasting makeup wear."

When I saw this primer and its price, my initial reaction was - Grabe ahh!! Ang liit tapos 825 pesos!!!! But when I tried it napawow naman ako!! Haha Yes, this primer did its job very well! Definitely, one of my favorite Celeteque makeup products. My dry and rash prone skin can get really picky and choosy when it comes to face primers. Most silicone based primers do not work well with my skin type, hence, it is very hard for me to appreciate primers. I encountered few products that works for me but most that I have tried just makes my base makeup cake and slid off my face. This primer reminds me so much of the Benefit Porefessional. It has a beige tint and goes transparent on the skin. It does have silica and dimethicone but surprisingly this is absorbed by my skin and instantly smoothens out my skin! It can even fill my large pores making my skin look poreless! It does not highlight my dry patches. It also does not irritate my skin. It prolonged the staying power of my foundation and prevents my concealer from creasing. Take not I have dry skin so this may have a different effect to those with oily skin.

Look at how it smoothens out the back of my arm by blurring the lines.

CELETEQUE 2 in 1 eyebag miracle kit

Shades: Light, Natural, Beige

Céleteque® DermoCosmetics TM 2-in-1 Eye Bag Miracle Kit is a combination of an Eye Balm that reduces puffiness under the eye and an Eye Foundation that covers and lightens eye bags."

Definitely not my favorite product from Celeteque. The concealer goes on light in terms of coverage. It did not work for my dark circles. The color natural is a light beige shade. I find the consistency of this concealer a bit waxy and it does settle on the fine line and creases. It is also not long lasting. As for the eye balm, it felt like a light petroleum jelly and I did not notice that it removed the puffiness off my eyes. This costs 745 pesos.

Have you tried Celeteque Makeup? What are your faves?
