Review: Luxe Organix Melt Away Cleansing Balm

Luxe Organix Melt Away Cleansing Balm

I was looking for an affordable makeup remover in Watsons and this one caught my eye. This cleansing balm is very affordable for 379 pesos per 50g tub. Compared to its Fresh Skinlab's balm, this is is a bit a pricey as the other brand offers their cleansing balm for 399 for a 100g tub. I got that one too but I love this balm more. This is actually my second tub and I plan to repurchase again once I ran out.

Like other products of Luxe Organix, this is made in Korea. This cleansing balm comes in two variants lemon and rose. I chose the lemon variant because I am not fond of the rose scent. This claims to be vegan, hypoallergenic, mineral oil free, paraben free, sulfate free, and cruelty free. This has a subtle citrus scent and contains notable ingredients such as shea butter,  coconut oil, and castor seed. This feels lightweight and has a silky buttery texture. What I love most about this is it does not feel greasy at all. It also does not sting my eyes or make it blurry every use.  It  effectively removes waterproof makeup like liners and mascara and easily dissolves base makeup and blush.  This really cleanses my face without  stripping of the natural oils. In fact, it can make my skin feel moisturized after every use.

I only need one to two pea size amount to cleanse my entire face. It also comes with a small spatula to scoop the product. Overall, I really love this product. This sometimes go on sale for 20% off in Watsons.

The tint that was hard to remove was the Peripera Ink The Tattoo Tint 😆

What is your favorite makeup remover? 😉

Godbless!
