I got this foundation because of my addiction to Filipina makeup gurus in youtube. The last time I use Ever Bilena Foundation was way back in college but it was an epic fail. Are you sensing an epic fail once again?? Hmm... I saw Say, Maricarl Janah and even Judy of itsjudytime feature this product.
Say's Channel (She's getting better and she's a cutie and very humble too!!She's a fellow Thomasian!)
This is my favorite video of hers.
Maricarl Janah's Channel
She was raving this foundation in this video.
And Finally, Judy!!
Moving on to the review, this product is available in a pump bottle too. I bought the one in a tube because I wanted to test this first because I have a bad history with Ever Bilena Foundation. I got the shade Golden but I noticed that it was a little bit lighter than my skin tone. So, I got another shade in Oriental.
The packaging is really bad!! Look at that humongous hole!! Using the tube one is really messy because the product easily squirts out of the tube. BOO!
Price:10/10 for 125 pesos for the 40 ml. This is one of the cheapest liquid foundation locally available
Packaging:3/10 Although the tube packaging is travel friendly, be ready for accidental spills inside your makeup kit or even on your fave shirt!
Coverage:4/10 I am a foundation freak and I prefer those with medium - heavy coverage especially on special occasions but not for everyday wear. I bought this for everyday wear. This has a sheer-light coverage. I need to put at least two layers to even out my skintone.
Finish:8/10 This gives me a lovely dewy glow. I just love how it makes my skin looks bright and even without making it look fake.
Lasting Effect:5/10 It can make me look fresh for an our or two. I must say that retouching is a must if you do want to look like a greaseball at the end of the day.
When blended, there is just a small difference between the two shades. Being NC37, my shade is mixture of these.I am really disappointed with local makeup companies.I have a hard time choosing the right shade. I hope they will try considering the skin tones and shades of Filipinas more.
See how sheer the coverage is?
After 2 days of using it, here's what I got! A zit on the nose. Chanelling rudolph in summer is so uncool! I even got clogged pores and bumps too! I do not know if this is the ultimate culprit. I just hope not. I stopped using it now and my face is getting better.
Revlon PhotoReady™ Makeup - for poreless, airbrushed skin in any light. Photochromatic pigments bend and reflect light to erase every flaw. Complete, yet undetectable coverage. Soft, luminous finish.
I have been lemming for this the so called HD makeup since people in youtube and other bloggers started raving about this. When Revlon came out with Photoready, I am really curious with this one because this is the most affordable HD makeup I could get. I wonder If this could really make any difference compared to non HD makeup.I particularly wanted the shade in golden beige because they say that this has a yellow undertone perfect for those who have NC35 - NC37 skintone. My first reaction on my first use of this product is that -- it was not impressive at all!! It highlighted my dry skin, made my rashes look more conspicuous and gives me that ugly white cast. Then, I gave it another try.. It was perfect.. The coverage was great and it made my skin glow.. Then, I realized that this works best when I do not have rashes and when the weather is not too hot or humid.. I like this better than colorstay. Colorstay foundation feels to tight on my skin and its like wearing a mask. But Photoready feels light and it blends easily too. I have to admit that if there is a product that I have a Love/Hate relationship with.. This has to be it.
The pump bottle is just great!! It gives you that control in the amount of product you want to use.. I hope MAC Studiofix has the same pump bottle..
Shade: Golden Beige.. This has a pink or beige undertone on it.. Not yellow at all.. But this is the closest match to my skintone. I have tried other shades in the mall and they look so off on my skin.
When evenly spread on my skin.. Look at that white cast..
For shade reference and comparison.
What I Love about this Product:
It has SPF 20!! yey.. perfect for our sunny weather here in the philippines.
The packaging is great and the pump is really useful!!
It has a very nice coverage compared to the other drugstore foundations that I have tried. This has a medium coverage and very buildable.
It gives me that dewy, healthy glowing and luminous finish because of the micro shimmers in it. The shimmers are really unnoticeable.
This spreads evenly on my face. It gives me that poreless look my bestfriend even commented how good my skin looks with this one.
No breakouts or rashes.
What I Hate about this product:
The shades introduced here in the Philippines are very limited. Most Pinays have a medium - tan complexion.
I only use this when my skin does not have rashes because this highlights my ugly skin instead of concealing it. (Remember I have dry skin which is very prone to rashes.)
When the weather is hot or humid,, this foundation melts and my face looks like a grease ball.
revlon photoready on me..

Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Powder Foundation with 100% micro-minerals not only provides flawless coverage, but also makes your skin clearer, smoother and more radiant - even when you’re not wearing any.
Results clinically proven after 8 weeks*: 52% improvement in skin smoothness; 49% improvement in skin luminosity; 43% reduction in redness
I bought this on a whim when I read a good reviews about this product. Honestly, I am not into mineral foundation because its application is very time consuming, not good if you are always in a hurry for school or work like me. But this product is amazing. I use this over my liquid foundation and this creates a glowing and flawless face.
What I love about this product:
This has SPF 25/PA.
It delivers light-medium coverage. This feels very light on skin.
Contains no harmful PARABENS. This did not made my skin itch or caused e break outs.
I use this as a finishing powder on top of my liquid foundation and bb cream. It blends on my skin really well. This creates an illusion of No makeup Look. It looks very natural when applied.
This creates a natural glow on me.
This products is very economical because a little goes a long way. I had this since July 2009 and I am now almost finish with it.
This is a very finely milled powder. It does not highlight my dry skin and rashes at all and reduces redness of my skin. I actually reach for this during days when i have bad skin due to rashes.
The shades are limited but I found a shade that suits my skin. Natural Ochre is way lighter on my NC37 skin but it blends on me like magic. Two thumbs up for this.
What I do not like about this product?
The brush that came with it is really scratchy and this one is really dispensable. In applying this, I use my ELF powder brush.
I just have a hard time applying it underneath my eyes.
I cannot use this alone because I find it too sheer/light for my taste.
Look how finely milled this powder is?
It can cover my rashes well but not pimples and acne marks.
Over all, I really love this product and I will definitely repurchase.
I made an FOTD using this one. Here is a picture:

I have been obsessed with powder foundation/ 2 way foundation ever since my addiction for makeup began. I have tried a lot and I finally found my HG. Yes, I can say that this foundation is HG material. I have already used up 6 pans for a period of 3 years or so.. I use this everyday and also on special occasions. This never failed me..<3
What I love about this Product:
It has a great coverage. It is very buildable. I can use this without concealer too during my lazy days. As mentioned earlier, I can use this every day, for touch ups, for special occasions too.. If I want a heavy coverage. I use this over MAC Studiofix liquid foundation. You can apply this by using a wet sponge for more heavy coverage, I have not tried this though.
It gives me that smooth and flawless finish.
I have super dry skin but this never highlighted my dry skin. This blends into my skin very well.
It stays longer than most powder foundation I have tried.
I found my perfect shade!! That's a plus point for me. I have always been ranting on the limited shades some cosmetic company offers. They are either way too orange or pink for my medium yellow toned skin. For reference , I am NC 37. I found out that Asian brands offer the best color selection that suits my skin. With In2it foundation, I never look ghostly or pale.
It has SPF 25. No white cast at all in pictures.
I love that it offers refill.Refill costs 439.75 pesos. They also have a pink case worth 650.00 and they also offer the sheer version of this product for normal-dry skin in a blue compact. But i love coverage so I chose this one instead.
It comes with a great sponge. It spreads the product evenly with their sponge. No rubbery feel at all. They also sell their sponge individually, I think it costs 100 pesos or more.
I experience no break outs using this.
Very affordable too and available at leading malls.
What I hate about it?
NONE AT ALL!!!
This product is L-O-V-E

ClickHERE Btw, is my lay out better?? I added colors.
I found a really cool Japanese store in Robinsons Galleria which sells all their products @ 85 php. The name of the store is Saizen. It was really huge!! There are a lot of cute stuffs. At cosmetics section, I was drawn at the front most portion of the gondola. There were lots of false lashes!! My jaw dropped!!I skimmed through every design but chose to buy only two items.
^half type^I have been lemming for half type falsies for a long time. weeh.. and i have found one
^short straight^This one is really pretty.. the fiber of this is smooth and soft. :DI was tagged by Chom. My foundation collection. I don't have much but I have tried a lot. I usually get the wrong shade. :C here is my small foundation collection.
My favorite is: Maybelline Angelfit.I love the medium coverage and consistency of this foundation. It evens my skin and smoothens it out. :D This foundation is not heavy at all. This never broke me out either. I think this is not good for oily skin because it tends to look dewy on me by mid day. However, i love the dewy effect since my skin looked more healthy and natural looking. :D
Another favorite of mine is Ellana's Intensive Coverage mineral foundation. I love the color selection. Found my match in caramel latte.. My skin looks flawless with this one. What i hate about this foundation is that it could not withstand the humid weather. It just melts from my skin. I stay away from this one during those super hot days. :C I wished ellana could make a really long lasting foundation with the same coverage as this one.
