I miss doing this.. Yellow and Orange Combo again? Sorry for that.. My creativity is being sucked out of me by reading a lot.. haha I really love yellow eyeshadow they look so beautiful in the pictures.But I added violet eyeliner and turquoise pigment for change.. haha

Another closeup look. I miss wearing contacts. They make close up eye shots more beautiful but it takes me forever to put them on. Perhaps the normal contacts will be easier to use rather then those big dolly eyes lenses.

This look s requested by Tamara of www.cherrycolors.com. She asked me if I can do a yellow pink eotd. Honestly, I do not know how to put these two colors together without adding orange eyeshadow.. I think those three colors look good together.. pink, orange and yellow. For this look, I used my 180 palette. Here is a quick tutorial for this look:
First, apply primer on your lid. I used The All Natural Face Eyeshadow Primer which I bought from Etsy.com. Then, apply a matte yellow eyeshadow on your lid.
Then apply hot pink e/s on your outer v moving towards your crease.
Apply black e/s mixed with maroon e/s on your crease and outer V. Blend and apply more black e/s to achieve the depth you want. Sweep some shimmery light pink e/s on top of your crease and matte white e/s to highlight your brow bone.
Apply liquid eyeliner on your upper lashline. I used l'oreal lineur intense liner.
Apply shimmery yellow on the inner corners of your eye. Add a shimmery pink e/s on your lower lashline. Do not forget to line your eyes with black liner, put on some mascara on your upper and lower lashes. Use falsies to create a more dramatic look.
Here is a quick tip: apply black eyeliner your upper waterline to define your eyes more.

I dunno why this happens. Anyways, I woke up on a bright Sunday morning with full 8 hrs of sleep!! WOW!! it feels so good,, I made a colorful eye makeup today.. weeh.. I used my ever reliable 78 pc. palette. Someone asked me if i used a primer -- YES, i used artdeco and i spray mixing medium on my brushes to get better color out of my e/s.
^^ please do not mind the part where the blue e/s smudge.. the flash of my camera makes my eyes watery at times.

^^ noticed my skin?? it is my first time to try maybelline angelfit alone without mixing it with l'oreal true match which is a darker shade.. and waaah.. it looks perfect on my skin tone.. does that mean my skin is now lighter?? I also had a facial massage yesterday at a newly opened kokuryu facial center near my place. I was really curious with this center because my chinese friend told me she loves their service. I usually go to godiva for my facial but since kokuryu is nearer, BF and I went here. 300 pesos for an hour of facial massage.. My face feels squeaky clean. NO more bumps!! Weeh.. I think this is more worth it than godiva's 300 facial which is only good for 30 mins?!? DUH!! I bought their milk moisturizer and soft lotion which turns out to be a toner. I love the soft lotion minus their scent. GRR!! the toner makes my skin feels so soft. I used celeteque before but I love kokuryu's more!! Perfect for dry skin, this contains glycerine. I just hate the scent. UGH!! I will try doing the honest crap tag (is this right??) later.. hihi after studying..
I tried so hard to capture my lipstick. It was so pink in person but i failed. :C huhu I got my inspiration startled because of the Pussycat Dolls Concert last night. I was really star struck!! weeeh... pcd post and fotd soon!!! :D I also put on my happy face.. :D All pictures.. all smiles.. :D

Hi everyone.. :D I know you have seen me in bold, wild and smokey colors.. One thing I can not do well until now is light and everyday makeup. I really have a hard time choosing the right colors and just making it light. I tend to overdo it all the time. :C I am envious with some asian bloggers who just look so flawless with light makeup! yay! So,, here is my attempt to light e/s.. I think it looks ok. how about you?

^ i had this for quite some time now but never used that much. perhaps used this 2x as blush highlighter. I really thought it would be comparable with the body shop's glow enhancer but to my dismay.. it is not even an inch at par with it.. i tried using it today as e/s base. And i liked it. The consistency is also great. Very blendable. It does not add that much vibrancy to e/s but it does make my e/s stay in place. yey.. so,, this thing will not go to waste after all..

Next stop,, Shiana, a reader, asked me how do i apply my liquid foundation. I perceive liquid foundation as a base rather a foundation that you could use by itself. I am using Maybelline Angelfit foundation which I really love.. consistency wise and coverage. :D I also have L'oreal True match in nude amber (a darker shade of golden beige foundation) I hate looking ghostly on the pictures and in real life so i mixed both foundations to get my perfect shade. crazy? i think it is ingeniuos.. haha well, girls like me who is neither fair nor dark are probably the ones who have the hardest time looking for perfect color match.. (just my weird opinion.. hihi)So,, here are my simple steps to liquid foundation application.
I. I have dry skin so i make sure my skin is well moisturized before anything else. Other people would apply primer first.. but i always skip this part that is why i sold my the face shop span primer at ebay.. ^^my moisturizer is st. ives.

On not so busy days, I use foundation brush (elf) in applying liquid foundation. I just wished I have a softer and fuller foundation brush because using foundation brush rather than your fingers is better,, imo. It is more hygienic and the application is more even. :D (Any recommendation on cheap foundation brush other than ecotools?)

Conceal dark spots or other impurities. I use VOV concealer and I finish it with a layer of powder foundation or mineral foundation. :D
