Barbie is not the only girl who can wear pink that good! I honestly think that pink is the most versatile shade because it can make one look sweet or sultry. With a swipe of your pink lipstick or a pink blush, it can surely brighten up your face effortlessly. I know some people who think of pink as a very repulsive shade. I, on the other hand, love it (to bits!) aAnd if you are worried that you might look like having a debut or sweet sixteen with your pink shadow, lipstick or blush.. try matching it other colors. You do not have to be pink from your eyes to lips!! I atill remember being a huge fan of light pink lipstick and bronzer look! I sported that look for months!
I added a touch or plum, purple and browns to dimension to my eyes.
Products Used:
Moi Cosmetics Metal Palette
EB 24 eyeshadow palette
MAybelline black gel liner
Milani COlor Brilliance Eyeliner in black
Shiseido Perfect Mascara in Black

For the lips, I am rekindling my love for NYX Thalia and I added more color by applying Wet n Wild Lipstick in Mauve Madness on top. That its why it looks a bit nude and purplish in the picture. For the Face I used Nature Republic's Bloom Bebe Foundation in No. 2, Fanny Serrano 2way Foundation in Orleans and NYX Blush in Angel.

Yes!! I am officially on a summer break more time for blogging before I go crazy reviewing for the big exam of my life -- the bar exams. Ok.. Let's not talk about that since I feel sick just thinking about the bar exams. I got this wonderful lashes from http://www.kkcenterhk.com/
I love the way it looks so natural on the pictures and it looks like my real lashes. Do not mind my untidy brows.. I am in the process of growing them back because I got it shaved (thinking they willl look better ) but I ended up with a one liner brow.. eeekkk!!!!
ES A218 These lashes are very easy to apply and I love it to bits. I used it on my graduation. Ohh.. do you know any good lash adhesive. My aido eye putti is so not good in keeping my falsies in place..
Another close up look. I know you are tired of the usual greens that I do. I just can't help it. I love green and it soo summer right?
I am soo loving my new camera!!

ELF Mineral Eyeshadow Primer This gentle and completely sheer Eyeshadow Primer has key vitamins A, C and E to help prevent aging and moisturizes the skin. The formula glides on easily and disappears instantly to create longer-lasting, crease-proof eyeshadow. The Mineral Eyeshadow Primer is designed to be used with your favorite mineral eyeshadow to provide ultimate staying power for beautiful and vibrant color that lasts. 100% mineral based with no parabens, no preservatives and no chemical dyes.
This is one of the products from ELF that I am very much intrigued. This is my first time to use a liquid primer I usually use cream based ones. I got this from ebay and I kept on wondering if I will purchase the 3$ one or the 1$ primer. I chose the mineral primer instead because of the good reviews here in blogosphere, youtube and even in makeupalley. I have never tried using Urban Decay Primer Potion and I will probably won't give it a chance since the primers that I have tried which cost a fraction of a price are really good. I have seen a review of this primer compared with UDPP and they are almost at par. (ALMOST) I initially wanted the Etude House Proof 10 Primer but it is always out of stock! Sigh!!
This primer has a life span of only 6 months as indicated on the tube. I just dab a small amount of primer on my lid and it instantly creates a smooth and even base for my makeup. I used this on my graduation and my eye makeup stayed on for the whole affair till dinner (almost 9 hours). It comes in one shade which is in "Sheer."
I find the doe foot applicator very easy to use.
Packaging:10/10I like the sponge tip applicator for precise application of the primer and I experience no spillage.
Texture: 10/10 This is very easy to blend and dries into an almost matte finish.
Long Lasting Effect: 10/10 My eyeshadows do not crease at all. ( Or is it just because of my dry lids??) My eyeshadows lasted upto 9 hours. Indeed, my eyeshadow lasted longer without fading whatsoever.
Price: 10/10 I got this for 235 pesos only on ebay! Only 3$ which costs less than the infamous UDPP!
I love this product so much and I will definitely repurchase! Why buy the high end e/s primer if this product works just the same right?
This blends easily on my lid and gives that brightening effect too. The texture is very light, sheer and silky.
I will be showing you a comparison of my LA Colors eyeshadow quad with and without primer.
Left: without primer Right: with primer
See how it made my eyeshadows look more vibrant and fuller. It made my eyeshadows really pop!! Another plus point : NO PARABENS!!! I recommend this primer to all of my readers. This is definitely a must try and a must have.
Aside from my hair, I never really cared about my hands and feet!! eekk!! I know.. If we could meet and shake hands, you'll definitely ask " do you do laundry everyday??" hahaha Yes, I would often get that comment which is really funny!! I am one lazy a**!!!! Seriously!! That is one of my dilemma this upcoming months because I will be staying in a dormitory! If you'll see me holding a broom, I am probably sick. :D
They say that people with so many lines on their palms have an old soul. With a palm like mine, I conclude that I am a very very very old soul! A palm reader will go loco with those lines noh! I think this is the reason why I have rough hands. Well, aside from the fact that I have super dry skin. I do not put hand creams but I love splashing alcohol on my hands which cause more dryness. I tried this mask yesterday.
This mask is a sheet type mask then you wrap a plastic around it. I let mine stay for an hour which is more than the required time (20-30 minutes) because I think my hands need that much time to soften and get moisturized. I love the subtle sweet almond scent!! Strong scented products is a NO NO for me. When I took off the mask, my hands felt softer than usual. I thought the moisture will stay the whole day but it was gone before the end of the day. It was due to the fact that I applied alcohol and washed my hands every now and then. YAY!! I suggest this product to those who wants to pamper their hands at home before applying manicure (then apply your fave hand cream!) especially the moms and housewives out there!! This is available at watsons. I think this is just below 100 pesos.. :D
One of the rare moments you would see my nails with polish!!! Why? I have the awful habit of nail biting!!yay! I know.. I need to stop but just can't. Have you tried this product? Any recommendation for a good hand cream available locally? Thanks everyone for reading my blog! Godbless you all.
I just want to give a shoutout to my sorority sisters!! Thank you so much for everything. This made me teary eyed.. :C
I got this foundation because of my addiction to Filipina makeup gurus in youtube. The last time I use Ever Bilena Foundation was way back in college but it was an epic fail. Are you sensing an epic fail once again?? Hmm... I saw Say, Maricarl Janah and even Judy of itsjudytime feature this product.
Say's Channel (She's getting better and she's a cutie and very humble too!!She's a fellow Thomasian!)
This is my favorite video of hers.
Maricarl Janah's Channel
She was raving this foundation in this video.
And Finally, Judy!!
Moving on to the review, this product is available in a pump bottle too. I bought the one in a tube because I wanted to test this first because I have a bad history with Ever Bilena Foundation. I got the shade Golden but I noticed that it was a little bit lighter than my skin tone. So, I got another shade in Oriental.
The packaging is really bad!! Look at that humongous hole!! Using the tube one is really messy because the product easily squirts out of the tube. BOO!
Price:10/10 for 125 pesos for the 40 ml. This is one of the cheapest liquid foundation locally available
Packaging:3/10 Although the tube packaging is travel friendly, be ready for accidental spills inside your makeup kit or even on your fave shirt!
Coverage:4/10 I am a foundation freak and I prefer those with medium - heavy coverage especially on special occasions but not for everyday wear. I bought this for everyday wear. This has a sheer-light coverage. I need to put at least two layers to even out my skintone.
Finish:8/10 This gives me a lovely dewy glow. I just love how it makes my skin looks bright and even without making it look fake.
Lasting Effect:5/10 It can make me look fresh for an our or two. I must say that retouching is a must if you do want to look like a greaseball at the end of the day.
When blended, there is just a small difference between the two shades. Being NC37, my shade is mixture of these.I am really disappointed with local makeup companies.I have a hard time choosing the right shade. I hope they will try considering the skin tones and shades of Filipinas more.
See how sheer the coverage is?
After 2 days of using it, here's what I got! A zit on the nose. Chanelling rudolph in summer is so uncool! I even got clogged pores and bumps too! I do not know if this is the ultimate culprit. I just hope not. I stopped using it now and my face is getting better.
