Hello again!I am making use of all the time available to blog because my to-blog list is getting longer and longer! :) Thankfully my S5 is cooperating with me, hence, i can blog anywhere provided my internet connection is good. Last week, I was invited by Revlon to check out their counter at the newly opened SM Beauty Section in SM Makati. This is their biggest counter ever and imho, it is very consumer friendly. :)
I love how the products of Revlon are arranged by category like their is a gondola/stand for tools, nails, base makeup etc. I also love how this counter has a lot of makeup testers available. Don't you hate makeup counters that hide their testers? Yung tipong parang ayaw nilang magbenta!! I also disliked SAs who tests the products on consumers unless the consumer asks for the SAs help I think they should let the consumers try the products on their own. I think beauty enthusiasts love feeling the product themselves not just looking at the swatches these SAs show them. Diba? There's a time I even told an SA, "Ate ako na." hahaha Taray!
Look at these Revlon Tools. My current favorite tweezer is from Revlon. :)Has anyone tried their lash curler? I am intrigued if it is good.
Let me give you a quick virtual tour of the Revlon Counter in SM Makati.
Revlon was kind enough to give bloggers these treats. :)
Have you visited the Revlon Counter at SM Makati?
Godbless!

It's that time of the year when my lips is crackin' and chappin' like crazy. Hence, I try to veer away from lipsticks yet, as we all know, holidays is always the perfect time to play with colors especially during Christmas parties. I prefer bold colored lipsticks and most of the time I layer products to achieve the color that I want. That being said, my problem is my dry lips. Lip balm is just not enough to remove the flakes off my lips. Thankfully, Tony Moly sent me this lip scrub that worked wonders on my lips. Lately, this product has been my Lip bestfriend.
What Tony Moly says: Tonymoly Kiss Kiss Lip Scrub is a UV control lip essence for aging, thin, and vulnerable lip skin. Use peeling scrub first, the grain containing scrub will make lips soft and peel off excess skin without irritation. Contains Jojooba and Macadamia oil, this will moisturize your lips and give them a glistening shine
.
This is definitely a two in one product because it removes the flakiness off my lips and moisturizes it at the same time. The lip scrub is not sticky and the consistency is similar to a light cream with beads. The beads are very gentle and is not too abrasive for the lips. I just use my finger to apply the product and I rub it on my lips for a minute then I wipe it off with a tissue or a wet towel. I make sure to apply lip balm right after using this product to get better results.
This lip scrub has a very nice scent and this did not irritate my skin. After every use, i can see that my lipstick adheres better on my lips and my lipstick applies evenly and smoothly on my lips. This is available locally at Tony Moly stores and only costs 348 pesos.
Godbless :)

Hello my beloved readers! :) I just wanted to share that last Sunday I received a comment from a troll saying that it is new for him/her to see a lawyer who commits grammatical error. Nakakaloka! bawal magkamali!?! With this comment, i just realized that some people will go an extra mile just to make people feel inferior because they simply find delight in hurting other people. What a sad life. These people may hide under the blanket of anonymity but God sees their heart. I thank God that He always guard my heart from these nonsense. He has been teaching me how these moments can make me a better person. Before I surrendered to His Lordship, I was very conscious of what other people say about me. Now, I do not let these little things define me. Difficult people and difficult situations are there to refine me. :) So thank you, troll!! May natutunan na naman ako. Ang sakit nga naman sa bangs ng post ko na iyon so I have to edit. Super sorry if I do not proof read my blog posts. Magpproof read na ako ngayon (ittry ko pala.. ok sige new year's resolution ko na ito hehe) or magmamasteral ako ng english. Charoot. :)
Now, let's talk about Lip Ice's newest product, Water Colour Balm. This is a buttery tinted lip balm. It glides smoothly on the lips. It also leaves my lips well moisturized. I was really surprised on how well it softened my lips immediately after application. It contains shimmers that makes it look more of a gloss than a balm.
These Water Colour Lip Balms are formulated with Super Hyaluronic Acid to provide and retain moisture, and helps plump up the lips. They’re enriched with Ceramide to help hold the skin cells, collagen, and elastin together for firmer lips. Lastly, they contain Vitamin E and Maxilip™—the latest anti-aging ingredient to help reduce fine lines and keep lips soft and supple.
I got the shade Dancing Pink which is a nice baby pink color with shimmers. The shade looks so light on my dark lips so, I do not use it on its own. I do love pairing it with my lip stains and matte lipstick.
Now, let us talk about LipIce Apple Lipbalm. I received this loot from LipIce just a day before I went to Korea. I slipped it inside my kikay kit and finally found a replacement for my Maybelline lipbalm. In korea, I had my first taste of autumn which was a wonderful experience but the chilly weather made my skin drier and my lips chapped and cracked. I had a few blisters on the sides of my lips, This balm helped heal my blisters faster. I was never a fan of lipbalms until I was in Korea. Seryoso! This balm was always in my pocket for instant touch ups and for quick moisturization. This balm is a life saver talaga. I really like how it feels so light on the lips. I experienced no formation of any white film whenever I used it despite it having SPF 15. Also, it has this subtle minty feel and yummy apple scent. :)
Will I buy these balms again? Definitely. I will be buying a darker shade of the Lip Ice Water Colour Balm in Rock n Pink. Have you tried Lip Ice products? What are your faves?
Lip Ice Products are available at Watsons and other leading department stores.
Godbless
