Some random haul
I thought the cleansing cream from Tony Moly was a facial wash. It turned out to be a cream cleanser like that of Pond's cold cream! Yay! More cheap thrills: |

I like that it has dividers so I can separate my face brushes from my eye brushes and so on. |
For 88 pesos, who would not agree that this is such a steal?? hehe |
The best part is the wide compartments where I place my Etude House Babydoll Puff with my Kabuki Brushes. |
Look at my Etude House Babydoll Puff? It looks so gross already. I have only been using that for weeks ha!? Now, I can truly say that I will definitely not repurchase! |
That's it! What kind of brush holder are you using? The kabuki brush is dense compared to my small ecotools kabuki brush. This brush is also huge. |
See? I told you it is huge. No bleeding when washed. No shedding. SOFT! I use this for loose powder and/or setting my liquid foundation. NO PRICKING at all. The size is relatively big for kabuki brush. I also use this in applying powder on my neck area (to prevent the Casper look). VERY CHEAP! Guess how much?? :D 129.75 pesos!!! Let's do a cart wheel for the price!!! I am so thankful for Landmark for bringing good and affordable brushes for us to enjoy. You don't even need an online accounting degree to know that is a good buy! The only reason that I would give a thumbs down for this brush is that the black cap was removed when I was using it! Thankfully! I just applied some mighty bond and it is good as new again. :D |
It comes in this plastic container.. :D This kabuki brush is available at Landmark Trinoma. Godbless everyone! |
I bought this faux leather one. Very posh noh? Only 139 pesos!! This is my fave buy of all. They sell different sizes and they also sell a larger brush holder for 299 pesos. |
It looks like this when closed. |
Sigma Brushes look alike. Teehee. They just look like Sigma brushes but the quality are far fetched from those of Sigma's. Each costs 139.75 pesos. |
I have been dying to get a fan brush. The problem,, I do not know how to use this. HAHA This costs 154.75 pesos. Not bad right? The bristles are just ok and soft. |
This is a nice and thin angled brush. It costs 39.75 pesos. |
This is a long handled flat shader brush for 119.00 pesos. |
See how flat it is? |
I also bought tiny version of the shader brush for 89.75 pesos. |
The handle is so sturdy and posh looking. |
The bristles are so soft. I use it to buff powder around my eyes without fear of being pricked. |
I was kinda surprise when I received this brush. The brush head is smaller than my ELF Powder Brush and Charm Flat Top Brush. |
If you want me to do a comparative review of the three brushes just let me know. :D |
Next, Sophie of Beautynomics, emailed me the other day and told me that she wanted to give me something for my birthday!!GASPS!! I am soo overwhelmed!! We met yesterday at the Moonlit Bazaar in Rockwell. She was so bubbly and pretty. I was just in awe. Look at what she gave me?? WOW!! A Charm Flat Top Brush... move over ELF Powder Brush!! This brush is really soft and silky. She also gave me eyeshadow samples and a blush!! The eyeshadows are so pigmented and the colors are very exquisite! I can't wait too try them all. You might want to check out her online store: http://beautyandminerals.multiply.com/ Thank you so much Sophie!! You really made me so happy!!It was really nice meeting you. I finally get to see her her Charm brushes and I was like OH MY GOSH!! They are too cute and soft! I was like a little kid in a candy store. I am now officially saving for their Charm Travel Pro Brush Set V2!!This picture from Beauty and Mineral Multiply Shop. This brush contains everything you need.. Look!! |
A gift from BF. We have not yet bought his other gifts for me because I have no time to go malls lately. School is killing me. |
I bought this brush set on a whim to replace my lumiere brush which my aunt wanted badly which I gave it her. Left with no blush brush, I decided to look for a brush. I wanted to buy another kabuki but on the other hand I am in need of a fluffy blending brush too and a concealer brush. It is as if the heaven and earth collided (LOL) when I chanced upon this brush set on a multiply site. I saw this brush set before but I nonchalantly never took note of it. I wanted the barenaturals brush set more with the stippling, foundation brush, concealer, and blending brush..vut since I already have a foundation and stippling brush I crossed this out on my list. They also have a dupe for this one too but it costs a couple of hundreds more. Honestly, I am not into buying brush sets except if that set contains brushes that i still do not have. I hate redundancy even in makeup. I try to steer away from products which gives me this same effect if I already own one. It is an utter waste of money.. right? You must always equate vanity with practicality.. but of course there are exceptional circumstances. :D So, i bought this for only 650 pesos exclusive of shipping.. :D Nice right? I was actually comparing it with other sellers and she sells it with the best reasonable price..here is the site:http://rukia0814.multiply.com/ Oh,, she does pre orders too.. I was thinking of joining one soon.. |
I never had high hopes for this brush until I received it. Talk about eco friendly, this lives up to its name. The resealable plastic is really useful. I still place the brushes in it to prevent it from catching dirt. Here is a short note from http://www.parispresents.com about this brush set. • 4 high-quality brushes inside a natural cotton & hemp linen bag • Soft, cruelty-free bristles • Natural & recycled materials This earth-friendly brush set is packed with the 4 high-quality brushes you need to look beautiful. And, it shows respect for the planet: • Bamboo handle has a low impact on the earth’s resources as it is a highly sustainable plant. • Synthetic taklon bristles are 100% cruelty free. • Sleek ferrule is made from recycled aluminum. • Cosmetic case is made from natural cotton and hemp HOW TO USE: Mineral Powder Brush • Apply powder or mineral foundation all over face in a circular, buffing motion and work inward towards nose. Concealer Brush • Use with liquid or mineral powder concealer for more coverage on blemishes and under eyes. Eye Shading Brush • Expertly cut to apply and blend powder eye shadows. Baby Kabuki • Buff powder over areas that need more coverage. |
The cosmetic case looks so clean and natural. Perfect for traveling but I think it would easily get dirty. |
