Rovectin Skin Essentials Activating Treatment Lotion Review

Today, I am writing about my most loved toner. This is evidenced by the fact that I am almost halfway through the huge 180ml bottle.

The Rovectin Activating Treatment Lotion is a powerful essence and lotion in one. This has a Barrier Repair complex that helps hydrate the skin while sloughing off dead skin cells. This is formulated with 7 types of hyaluronic acid to address moisture loss, caffeine to de-puff and soothe the skin, papaya fruit extract to help exfoliate, and Panthenol to help improve wrinkles.
This toner has a viscous watery gel like texture and contains no fragrance. This toner truly penetrates into the "deep  layers of the skin". I have psoriasis flare ups on my forehead and sides of my nose and this toner amazingly softens my flare ups like how steroidal creams would work. This product is very potent that it can instantly soothe the redness of my skin and my raised psoriasis patches flatten. I use this every night or whenever I need to control my flare ups to prevent my psoriasis from turning super red and itchy. This is easily absorbed by my skin but if I put 2 - 3 layers, it can have that sticky finish. Don't worry the sticky feeling disappears after a while. This product is really perfect for toner masking!!!! I love focusing this toner on the areas where I have flare ups and after masking,  my skin looks well dehydrated and supple even the next morning. Because I love this product so much,  I bought the Rovectin Face Oil. 💜

What I love about this product?

1.Great for those with sensitive skin like me. I did not experience any allergic reactions when I use this toner.

2. It is a 2-in-1 product that can be used in various ways like toner masking. Whenever I am tired, I would just apply 2- 3 layers of this lotion  and I just dab a bit of moisturizer.

4. This made my skin really soft and smooth.

5. It is vegan, cruelty free, paraben free  and hypoallergenic.

5. This soothes my psoriasis flare ups by minimizing the redness and inflammation.

This is a before and after photo of my face after using this product. You can see that my redness lessened after use.

Since, I really love this toner, I looked into their brand history and it got me more curious. Their first product, the anti irritant barrier repair cream is meant for cancer patients whose skin were damaged through chemotherapy. I think I need this product in my skincare stash as it also claims to address eczema and psoriasis
